Why Bray Environmental Sciences?

Bray Environmental Sciences (BES) brings more than 25 years experience in the fields of environmental engineering and construction testing. Glen Bray, P. G. of BES was previously a principal and part owner of Hill-Staton Engineers in Columbus, Georgia and Building & Earth Sciences of Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Bray is personally involved with every project in order to provide the client with consulting services designed to address their BEST INTERESTS. Our work includes but is not limited to Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, mold and asbestos sampling, testing, and assessment, Underground Storage Tank, SPCC, NPDES, and other stormwater project management, technical review, quality control, financial management, personnel management, and training.  Our experience includes conducting and managing environmental projects for a wide range of project types. We have been responsible for projects including underground storage tank removals, assessments, corrective action plans; environmental revitalization; national pollutant discharge elimination system monitoring and testing; asbestos inspections and abatement; landfill monitoring; health and safety; lead based paint inspections and abatement; and environmental site assessments and transaction screens. Our work has been used by investors, developers, contractors, lending institutions, industry, and governmental agencies. Projects of this scope require constant attention to keep abreast of the shifting environmental laws, while also satisfying the client’s needs. Similarly, these projects often conflict with the needs of buyers, sellers, lenders, governmental regulators and other third party entities. Bray Environmental Sciences has managed to satisfy these conflicts while staying within reasonable budget limits.
