Environmental work performed has been used by investors, developers, contractors, lending institutions, industry, and governmental agencies. We have prepared hundreds of environmental reports, supervised laboratory operations, and supervised field projects.  Project experience includes Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Wisconsin.

Bray Environmental Sciences has been involved with Brownfield projects in Columbus for Family Dollar Stores. The project has been approved by the Georgia EPD and is currently in operation. Other environmental projects have ranged in size of up to $1,000,000.00 with total construction costs of over $100,000,000.00. Projects of this scope require constant attention to keep abreast of the shifting environmental laws, while also satisfying the client’s needs. Similarly, these projects often conflict with the needs of buyers, sellers, lenders, governmental regulators and other third party entities. Mr. Bray has managed to satisfy these conflicts while staying within reasonable budget limits.
