Columbus 2nd Avenue Revitalization Mr. Bray served as the prime environmental consultant for the Second Avenue Revitalization Project which included the 70 acre TSYS development. Substances regulated by the Hazardous Site Response Program (HSRP) were detected in the soil and groundwater during environmental site work. Mr. Bray convinced regulatory personnel that the concentrations were low and that the property should not be included on the Hazardous Site Inventory. Registration of the property on the Hazardous Site Inventory would have prevented development of the property. A 100 million dollar TSYS Credit Card Processing Facility was subsequently built on the site. The City of Columbus revitalized the site which has spurred growth in a previously down trodden area

Ft Benning World War II Street Asbestos and lead inspections and abatement were performed including the existing World War II Street project. The World War II Street project is a proposed museum consisting of WWII era structures previously occupied by General Patton during the war. These buildings consisted of barracks, a mess hall, General Patton’s headquarters and office. Mr. Bray managed the asbestos and lead based paint inspections and abatement. The project required coordination of local, state, and federal governments, regulatory agencies, and private entities.
